After 30 years of activity at Central do Pego, it became clear to us that, in order to achieve a just transition towards a more sustainable economy, it would be essential to value the region’s endogenous resources<\/strong>. Among these resources, the 2,000 hectares of abandoned olive groves<\/strong> stand out.

By restoring these olive groves, we are not only preserving the natural heritage, but also generating new job opportunities<\/strong> for people at risk of social exclusion. This is one of the pillars of our social project: to promote a green and inclusive economy, where sustainable development goes hand in hand with job creation and the revitalization of the territory. <\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

Abrantes is a reference region in the olive oil sector and we would like to continue creating the region’s history, in the best possible way.Now is the time to act, raise awareness and launch innovative initiatives through a strong community with the will to change. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
