How do I know if my sponsorship is confirmed?

You will immediately receive a confirmation email. If you did not receive it, please check your promotions, SPAM or junk folder. Drag the email to your main inbox to avoid communication problems or add our email [email protected] in your contacts, identify it as a secure email and remove it from your promotions classification.

Otherwise, leave us a contact phone number or call us at +351 963 083 976 so we can help you. Once confirmed and registered, you can modify your data or access your olive tree profile from the “Sponsors” section of our website or the “my olive tree” application with your password whenever you want.

I don’t have a credit card, can I sponsor an olive tree with another payment method?

Of course you can, you can make your donation by bank transfer, Bizum or PayPal. Contact us and we will take care of everything. You can write to [email protected] or call us on +351 963 083 976 . If you leave us your phone number, we will call you back.

RENEWALS AND CANCELLATIONS

I want to continue supporting the project, how can I keep or renew the sponsorship I made a year ago?

When there are 15 days left before the end of your sponsorship, you will receive an email to remind you to renew your olive tree. If the authorized payment details are still valid, the process will be carried out automatically so that we can continue this adventure together.

Remember that at any time, you can make updates from your user profile by accessing with your email and password the payment method, shipping address, etc. or ask us to unsubscribe if you consider that the time has come to end our adventure.

I want to unsubscribe before the end of the year, how do I do it?

You can unsubscribe at any time you decide at [email protected], we will take care of the rest.

Sponsorship is designed so that together we can be heroes of this change and you can witness it over the years, but there is no obligation to renew or continue.

Renewal is a recurring subscription. You can inform us of your decision at any time and in advance.

If you do not inform us of your wish to renew your sponsorship, it will automatically expire at the end of the agreed year(s).
